# Onboarding check-in

Run this in Assista in under a minute. Edit the prompt, plug in your tools, your teammate handles the rest.

## The prompt
Ready to run

>

Week-1 and week-4 check-ins on new customers, with personalized prompts.

Tweak the prompt before hiring — Assista does the rest. [Use this template →](https://app.getassista.com/signup)

Built for teams that still use the word "production"

## Approvals

Risky things stop and ask.

Spend caps, send-email gates, and one-click approvals in Slack or email — risk gets a human; routine just runs.

## Audit

Every action, logged.

Inputs, outputs, tool calls, costs — streamed to your SIEM via webhook. The black-box agent era is over.

## OAuth

Scoped per teammate.

Each integration is OAuth-secured and pinned to the smallest possible scope. No blanket admin tokens.

## Budget

Caps that pause, not surprise.

Per-team monthly cap. Per-task ceiling. Anomaly detection. Spend stays exactly where you put it.

## How it works

### From template to running teammate in under a minute.

01

Edit the prompt

The template ships with the prompt pre-written. Change a phrase, swap a tool, and you're ready.

02

Hire a teammate

One click — the template becomes a teammate with a name, schedule, and approval boundaries.

03

Review the first run

First run is dry-run by default. Approve it, and the teammate runs on the schedule from then on.
